Although I have rarely ever spoke about it, I know I'm not alone and I've become more confident in handling it over the last year. It's just a part of who I am. I hope one day mental health is treated with the same level of care and importance as physical health. My loves: - Country music & acoustic music. - Candles. Lit at any time of day or night. - Tea and coffee. - Walking my dog. - Singing in the car. - Really heavy rain. - California. - If I could do only one thing for the rest of my life, it would be to sing.
